trip conditions
We require a 50% deposit when reserving your charter experience. Any cancellation on your end within 14 days of the charter will result in loosing your deposit unless you purchased trip insurance or opted to receive a trip voucher for a future date.
Scheduling changes due to weather or cancellations on our end will not cost you any additional fees.
Prices do not include optional gratuity for the crew (17-20% is customary in the Sportfishing industry)
Coverage for lost or damaged equipment (Bent Spears) is not included in Trip Price and will be asked for at the end of the trip
Rates are subject to change depending on the state of the economy. Fuel surcharge may be added if necessary due to the volatile state of fuel prices or if the trip decides to upgrade or run further than the booked ranged.
Optional Fish Processing Available based on Personal Preferences. Its ideal! you will likely be exhausted from a wild day offshore.
Valid California Fishing License must be purchased and in hand before your trip.
Valid Mexican Fishing licenses and biosphere passes are required for some trips into mexico - Please contact us for details on whether or not this is something you will need. If so, we can assist you in obtaining these items.
